Everyone who works there, with titles.

Reveal and reach out

Email is 1 credit. A direct phone is 2 credits. A DISC read is 3 credits: it names their type and tells you how to pitch them and talk to them.

What a credit gets you

Searching and browsing is free. Credits are spent only when you reveal a contact detail.

Every buyer has a type. Know it before you call. DISC sorts people into four styles: D Dominance, I Influence, S Steadiness and C Conscientiousness. Most people are a blend, so Pouncie names each person's exact type and gives you tips for pitching them and talking to them. DISC reads are an estimate from public writing, labeled as one.

What does a DISC read mean?

Every buyer has a type. DISC is a widely used workplace model of communication styles, first described in 1928, with four styles: D Dominance, I Influence, S Steadiness and C Conscientiousness. Most people are a blend, so Pouncie names each person's exact type and turns it into plain tips: how to pitch them, what to say and what to skip. DISC reads are an estimate from public writing, labeled as one.
